By creating an account or using Career Coach AI, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not create an account or use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
A Pro subscription or Application Pack must be purchased by someone aged 18 or over who is authorised to use the selected payment method.
Career Coach AI provides tools including CV reviews, CV scoring, job matching, application preparation, cover-letter assistance, interview preparation and job-application tracking.
Some features are available through a paid Pro subscription or a one-off Application Pack purchase. Current features, prices and usage allowances are shown before purchase.
Some content is produced using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular employer or vacancy.
Scores, recruiter assessments and recommendations are guidance only. They do not guarantee an interview, employment, salary or any other hiring outcome.
Career Coach AI is not an employer, recruitment agency, legal adviser or financial adviser. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or submitting it.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password and account details secure.
You must contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You retain ownership of CVs, job descriptions, interview answers and other content you submit.
You give us permission to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, protect and maintain the requested service.
You must have permission to use any content you submit. You must not submit false qualifications, experience or achievements.

The Free plan does not require payment. Its features and usage allowances may be changed where reasonably necessary.
The Apprenticeship Application Pack currently costs £4.99 as a single payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
One purchase provides one generated pack for one CV and one vacancy. It includes an automated comparison, a tailored profile, three improved CV bullets, five evidence gaps and an application checklist. The completed result is saved to the purchaser's account.
A purchase credit is used only after a result is generated successfully. If generation fails before a result is supplied, the credit remains available so the user can try again.
The Application Pack is AI-generated guidance, not a human recruiter review, and does not guarantee an interview or employment outcome.
Pro currently costs £9.99 per month. There is no setup fee.
Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. Stripe charges the payment method provided at checkout every month until the subscription is cancelled.
The price, billing frequency and automatic-renewal information will be displayed before the subscription is purchased.
If the subscription price changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice. You may cancel before the new price applies.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Career Coach AI does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
You must be authorised to use the payment method submitted at checkout.
Pro access may be restricted or removed if a payment fails and the payment issue is not resolved.
You may cancel Pro at any time through the Billing Portal available from your account dashboard.
Cancellation does not normally remove Pro immediately. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
After that billing period ends, the subscription will not renew and you will not be charged for another month. There is no cancellation fee.

Consumers may have a legal right to cancel an online service contract during the 14-day cooling-off period beginning when the contract is entered into.
If you expressly request immediate Pro access during that period and later cancel, we may deduct a reasonable proportion for services already supplied, where permitted by law.
If you expressly request immediate access to an Application Pack, the service may begin straight away. Once the personalised digital pack has been fully supplied, the cancellation right ends where permitted by law and where the required acknowledgement was given before purchase.
After the applicable cooling-off period, payments for a billing period that has already begun are not normally refundable simply because the service was unused.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will be provided where required by law, including where a paid service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill or is materially different from its description.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been seriously or repeatedly breached, the service is being abused, or action is necessary for security or legal reasons.
Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
Suspension does not remove cancellation or refund rights provided by law.
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Maintenance, security incidents and third-party provider failures may occasionally affect the service.
Features may be changed or discontinued where reasonably necessary. This will not remove consumer rights applying to services already purchased.
The website, software, branding, design and original platform content belong to Career Coach AI or its licensors.
You may use content generated for you in your own personal job applications, subject to any applicable third-party rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation and your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for employment decisions made by employers, inaccurate information submitted by users, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract began.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
We may update these terms because of changes to the service, law, security requirements or service providers.
Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

We will investigate complaints fairly and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to use the courts available where you live.
